Product Availability & Back Orders
Occasionally, we may take your order and consequently discover that the item is not available for shipping (i.e., it is back ordered, sold out, damaged or defective). In such cases, we will notify you via email of the status and do our utmost to fulfill the order as soon as possible. You will also have the option to cancel the order.
Product availability is subject to change without notice. We do our best to correct errors when discovered, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).
How long does it take for my custom order to be made and shipped out?
that depends on how big the order is and how many orders are being worked on so the time can be any where from a day to a couple weeks or more and shipping time
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
In Canada our standard shipping time is 7-14 days
USA and Overseas could possibly take even longer!
How is my order shipped?
We use Canada Post or Fedex to ship our orders!
The
shipping charges do not include any customs or duty charges that may be
due in a particular country.
LaBoneYard.com has no control over those
charges and they are the sole responsibility of the person placing the
order.
How much is Shipping?
There is a flat fee of $7.00 per order plus $2.00 per item which in most cases is less than the actual shipping charges

Do you ship Overseas?
Yes....but a separate paypal invoice will be sent to overseas customers for the difference in shipping costs

Do you accept checks or money orders?
No! sorry we do not
If my order comes direct from the manufacturer do they have my credit card info?
No! your payments are processed at Paypal which is a secured site so no one has access to your credit information!
Some (most) items are "hand crafted" what does that mean?
The "hand crafted" items such T-Jammies and totebags, knapsacks ect are handmade by a local Crafts persons and Artisans and not manufactured in a plant.
How will I know what items are manufactured or when they are hand made?
Every item that is made by any of our Crafts people or Artisans will have that stated in it's description!
Can I place an order for a Hand Made item and have it customized?
Yes, you can contact us directly by using the "Contact Button" to the left of the screen and put in a request of what item you would like and we will email you back to work out the particulars!
How long will it take to get an email response back from you?
Usually we can return an email request within 48hrs or sooner!
How long will it take to get my custom order made and shipped?
That of course depends on the order and all the specifics but we will do our very best to have the item made and shipped in a timely fashion!
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
On Custom orders there are no returns nor exchanges, all sales are final!
No returns or exchanges on beds or sanitary items such as belly bands or diapers & panties.

Our goal to to have happy return customers and we will do our best to find a solution to any problem that arises!
How can I get a discount?
We offer a 10% discount at the checkout when you purchase 4 or more items!
Do I have to pay taxes on my purchase?
NO........ International orders have never had to pay taxes and now our Canadian customers no longer have to pay them either, No PST, HST or GST are added
And No the taxes are not hidden in the prices and the price of the items have stayed the same
